Abstract Submission


General Instructions:

Authors are encouraged to submit an abstract to be presented at Euroneuro 2016.
Each blinded abstract will be judged by the Symposium Scientific Committee.
Acceptance or rejection of reviewed abstracts will be advised by e-mail.
Accepted abstract presenters can benefit from the Early Bird fee.
If a presenter fails to meet the registration his/her abstract(s) will be rejected for presentation at the Congress.

Abstracts guidelines:

  • Abstracts must be submitted online (by e-mail or fax will not be accepted) and in English. Duplicated abstracts will be refused.
  • Up to 6 authors are allowed per abstract. The presenting author will automatically be listed first and (s)he will also be the contact author.
  • The abstracts text should be within 2500 characters (together with space) and typeface: Arial Type, 12p, single space.
  • Title must be brief and clearly indicate the nature of the investigation.
  • The abstract must represent original work and should be as informative as possible. Conclusions must be supported by data.
  • Learning Track: The abstract learning track is the general heading under which your abstract will be reviewed and later published in the congress printed materials if accepted. Please choose the learning track which best describes the subject of your abstract. However, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide on final learning track assignment upon abstract selection.
  • Euroneuro Congress offers two options for abstract submission:
    • Option 1: Clinical or experimental study
      The first option is most suited for scientific research. Abstract presented under this option should contain: Background and Goal of study, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion(s), References (optional), Acknowledgements (optional).
    • Option 2: Case report
      The second option is most suited for presenting a case report. Case reports should only be submitted it they present a case or therapeutic approach that has not been published before. Case reports presented under this option should contain concise statements of: Background, Case report, Discussion, References, Learning points.
  • It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any error in spelling, grammar or scientific facts will be reproduced as written by the author. Once the abstract is submitted, modified or deleted, the relevant author will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation of the receipt, modification or cancellation, within 1 month.

E- Poster Presentation

  • You will receive an invitation email with your personal upload link after the abstract submission.
  • Posters should have a clear presentation with a heading which includes the title of the presentation, name of authors and their affiliation.
  • Each poster must be submitted as a single page PDF document with a size of 1280×720 or 1920×1080 pixels in portrait orientation.
  • Your poster will be shown on new interactive poster terminals.
  • Poster presenters will be required to make a formal presentation in front of the e-poster terminal.
  • Best of them will be elected and awarded by the committee.

EuroNeuro 2016 was granted 18 European CME credits (ECMEC) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).
